ADDED INFO: There is some “self censorship” that is not normally seen on Italian posters. Originally, this poster was printed where the girl was wearing a tiny string panty, and someone connected to the movie decided that was just too much, and they overprinted a more significant lace panty over that area with black ink! It was done well (you can't tell that it was not part of the original printing until you look at it super closely. It is likely all examples of this poster have this self censorship.
